Managing Users

Users and user permissions are set and managed by admins at venues directly. Adding new users, and deciding on what those can and can't do, is all done from the GigFinesse platform.

While every GigFinesse account has the ability to view upcoming shows, the show calendar, and show details, certain users will also be able to:

  • view billing

  • request additional programming

  • leave show reviews

In order to add new users or manage existing ones, open the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the nav bar and click into "User Management." On this page, you'll be able to click into individual users to manage their permissions, and click "Add User" button to invite new users.
