What are House Events?

House Events allow you to add your own non-GigFinesse events to your venue calendar. This feature helps you maintain a complete view of all activities happening at your venue in one centralized location.

How to Add a House Event

  1. Navigate to your GigFinesse Calendar or Shows page

  2. Click the "Add Event" button in the top right corner

  3. Select "Add House Event" from the dropdown menu

  4. Fill out the event details form

Required Fields

  • Event Name

  • Event Stage

  • Event Date

  • Start Time

  • End Time

Optional Fields

  • Event Description: Add details about what attendees can expect

  • Square Poster: Upload event artwork for display in the calendar and widget

  • Someday Integration: Toggle on if you want to publish this event to our Someday platform

  • Ticketing/Marketing Link: If not using Someday, add your own link for redirecting customers from the widget

Website Integration

All House Events automatically sync with the GigFinesse events widget if you've installed it on your venue website. This ensures your website visitors always see your complete and up-to-date event calendar.
