My Shows
Your “My Shows” page will display all active shows and potential opportunities.
Clicking into the show will give you the option to accept or decline the recommendation. The Upcoming Shows tab contains all future performances you have booked through the platform. Clicking into upcoming shows will give artists the ability to:
enter critical information (guest-list, backline, etc.)
view financials
view venue backline and pre-show instructions
access and promotional materials including custom show posters (if applicable) and ticket links
Show History
Your recent show history can be viewed directly on your GigFinesse homepage, or by clicking on “Show History” on the top of your navbar. Your past shows will be displayed individually on the “Show History” page - in the thumbnail view you’ll be able to see the show’s name, the venue, the date, payout information, and payout status. Clicking into the show will display all other show related information, including specific run of show, a breakdown of compensation, and promotional materials.
Profile
To edit your profile, click on the account icon on the right-hand side of the upper navbar.
From here, click on “My Profile.” On the “My Profile” page, select the “Edit profile” button right below your artist name. When editing your profile, you’ll be able to change nearly all of your artist-specific information, specifically:
your artist/band name
your photo
your bio
your streaming links
your social links
your primary and secondary genres
your EPK
your typical setup
Changes to your profile are saved as you make them. If you’re making a big change to an existing artist account (such as changing your band’s name) that has already booked with GigFinesse, please reach out to the team to let us know.
Advancing Shows
Artists who are booked will be able to submit the following pre-show information through their GigFinesse account:
upload backline information
upload stage plots (if applicable)
input guest-list (if applicable)
This information is automatically relayed to venue staff, including those working sound and door. On the platform artists will also be able to access:
full venue backline
detailed set-up and load-in instructions
critical pre-show information
ticket links and promotional material
You’ll receive scheduled emails from the GigFinesse platform pertaining to the above.
