At GigFinesse, we're always upfront and transparent about the deals we offer artists. No hidden booking fees, no last minute changes. Below are a list of some of the types of deals we offer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
A ticket minimum is one the standard deals we offer at ticketed venues. Artists playing on a ticket minimum are paid out for each ticket they sell after an agreed upon minimum. If your band is playing on a 10 ticket minimum, that means you'll be paid for every single ticket after the first 10. If you sell 30 tickets at $10 dollars each, you can expect a payout of $200.
Ticket minimums are often accompanied with a 100% split after the minimum, but this split can also be variable based on venue expenses.
A guarantee is a flat rate for a pre-set amount of time. Most artists playing non-ticketed or hospitality shows (say, at a restaurant or hotel) can expect a guarantee. Some artists playing ticketed shows may also be compensated through a pre-arranged guarantee rather than a ticket deal.
Ticketed shows oftentimes require more flexibility when booking. There are many different deal variations that fall outside the ticket minimum modal. These include, but are not limited to, expense deals and versus deals.
On an expense deal, rather than pure # of tickets, the band is responsible for covering expenses as a flat rate, starting to earn after expenses have been covered.
On a versus deal, artists are guaranteed a certain dollar amount until they hit an agreed-upon number of tickets sold, upon which the deal becomes a percentage deal.
